TH-715A Automatic Generally Hydraulic Sole Attaching machine

Product Description

The TH-715A Automatic Generally Hydraulic Sole Attaching Machine is a single-station hydraulic press designed for bonding walled soles—outsoles that wrap vertically (typically up to 80 mm) along the shoe edge—as used in boat shoes, casual footwear, and certain sport styles. It operates without PLC or automated sequencing; instead, each pressing action is controlled manually via front-mounted hydraulic valves, offering direct operator feedback and straightforward maintenance.

Key Features & Operational Details

Hydraulic Control System

Five independent hydraulic circuits:
• Bottom platen lift
• Left/right side pressing (8 blocks total)
• Front band press
• Rear band press

Each circuit is equipped with:

• A pressure-reducing valve (adjustable 0–40 kg/cm²)
• A throttle valve for approach/retraction speed control
Enables customized pressure settings per zone—e.g., lower force for canvas uppers, higher for reinforced leather—ideal for mixed production runs.

Mechanical Structure

Frame: Welded Q235 steel with machined mounting surfaces to limit deflection under load.
Side pressing blocks: 8 units (80 mm high), mounted on linear guide rails; contact faces fitted with replaceable polyurethane pads (Shore A 80) to protect uppers while conforming to curved edges.
Front/rear bands: Driven by synchronized hydraulic cylinders with two-position mechanical stops, allowing quick size change between lasts of 130–400 mm length.
Compatible with lasts up to 140 mm in ball girth width and 190 mm in height.

Hydraulic Power Unit

Pump: 2.2 kW gear type, delivering ~20 L/min flow.
System pressure: 40 kg/cm² (≈3.9 MPa)—adequate for strong bonding with standard contact adhesives, without compressing soft midsoles.
Reservoir capacity: 50 L, with 10-micron return filter for oil cleanliness.
All valves and adjustment handles are positioned on the front panel for easy access during setup or operation.

Operation & Workflow

Designed for use with pre-glued, tack-dried uppers and soles.
Operator places the lasted shoe directly onto the fixed worktable and manually actuates pressing sequences via hand levers.
Typical cycle time: 10–15 seconds.
Estimated output: 1,800–2,200 pairs per 8-hour shift (single operator).
No integrated glue dispenser, heating element, or automatic last holder.

Serviceability & Installation

Uses standard industrial components: tie-rod hydraulic cylinders, NOK-type seals, and directional valves equivalent to Yuken DSG series—ensuring parts availability in major footwear manufacturing regions.
Electrical supply: 380 V, 3-phase, 50/60 Hz; control circuit isolated at 24 VDC with front-mounted emergency stop.
Requires level concrete floor and four M16 anchor bolts (not included) for secure mounting.
