This ensures the upper bonds securely to the heel seat before mechanical pressure is applied—eliminating delamination, reducing manual labor, and delivering a wrinkle-free finish even on stretchable knits or thin leathers.

Integrated Automatic Cementing System: Applies hot-melt adhesive directly to the heel area just before forming—no pre-brushing required. Glue activates at optimal temperature, ensuring strong initial tack and uniform coverage.
Two-Stage Thermal Pressing:
Stage 1: A preheated wiper (adjustable up to 150°C) gently warms the upper to increase pliability.
Stage 2: The last supporter performs a secondary press while the material is still warm, locking in a smooth, angle-free heel contour without rebound.
Micro-Adjustable Positioning Rod: Features a fine-pitch height adjustment mechanism for ±0.2mm precision, ensuring perfect alignment with varying heel curves across styles.
